Website Content
When you run an audit, we crawl and analyze publicly accessible pages of the URL you provide. This includes HTML content, meta tags, headings, images, and links. We do not access password-protected content or private data.
Email Address (Optional)
If you provide an email, we use it solely to send audit completion notifications. We never share, sell, or use your email for marketing without explicit consent.
Audit Results
Audit results are stored in our database to allow you to access them later. Results are retained for 90 days on free plans and indefinitely on paid plans.

ContentAudit uses Anthropic's Claude AI to provide intelligent, contextual recommendations that go beyond simple rule-based checks.

Data Sent to AI
When AI analysis is enabled, we send page content (text, titles, meta descriptions) to Anthropic's API for analysis. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy. No personal data, passwords, or private information is sent.
